Paul Runs out of Steam

I have been having an awful lot of problems sleeping lately. It seems like I just have a hard time deciding to fall asleep, and once I actually decide to fall asleep my body won’t co-operate. Any ideas on what I should do?

    Set a schedule and stick to it. Try Melatonin. Don’t exercise later in the day, try to get all exercise done before 2:00pm. Good luck!

  3. Xanax is bad for you and causes habit forming, drug seeking behaviors.
    I’d say try Black Tar Heroin.
